Our daughter lives here and everything is fantastic!
Its new building in Žižkov and it’s very modern and clean. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the center and 5 minutes from VŠE . There is a chill zone with the pool table and PlayStation.

1. Can I live with a friend?

Absolutely! Just reserve a shared room together and we’ll arrange it.

2. What if I don’t like my room?

No problem, we’ll work with you to find another room or solution. Your comfort matters to us.

3. Is everything included in the price?

Yes, what you see is what you get: utilities, Wi-Fi, and shared-space cleaning-all included, no hidden fees.

4. How does it work?

You can book directly through our website. Simply choose the room type, fill in your details, sign the contract, and pay the €199 reservation fee (part of the first month’s rent). We’ll validate the contract, and you can pay the 2-month refundable deposit up to 21 days before arrival. The rest of the first month’s rent is paid on move-in day.

5. Where is Bro-coli located?
