5. Are the prices on the website final? Do I have to pay anything else?
The website shows the final amount of the monthly rent. In addition to open access building amenities, one is able to use paid services, so additional costs may arise depending on their use. These are for example laundry charges

Yes, there is returnable deposit in amount of double monthly rent
7. What is the amount for the deposit and when will it be returned?
The deposit is in the amount of two months’ rent and we will return it to you within 30 days.
8. Is there a housing tax that I need to pay?
No, there is no tax.
9. What security measures are in place?
For the safety of our tenants, the building provides a 24/7 reception and an electric fire alarm system that ensures early fire alarming. This system is handed by a serviceman sitting at the reception. Also, there is a CCTV system in the community centre.

12. How does a rental agreement look like?
In the attachment below you will find what a sample rental agreement looks like at BRO-COLI. It serves to provide information on contractual conditions, regardless of rents, deposits or other costs. These are individual for each apartment. For bank details and amounts to be paid, please refer exclusively to your own contract.

14. When is my rent due every month?
Payment due date is always on the 1st day of every month, meaning the date when the payment has to be received on our bank account. Thus, the recommendation is for the order/transfer to be send in advance.
15. What happens if I forget to pay on-time?
If payment is delayed by 1 day, a fee of EUR 10 will be charged. If the payment is delayed by more than 8 days, a fee of EUR 40 will be charged.
16. Where can I find the house rules of my residence?
The house rules of the residence will be sent to you via email during the check-in process and are also stated in the agreement.
17. What is the amount for the deposit and when will it be returned?
Your deposit is in the amount of two months’ rent and it will be returned to you within 30 days of your departure.
18. Do I have to sign an accommodation contract before arrival?
19. What do I need to bring with me upon arrival?
Our studios are fully furnished, but not equipped. Thus, you should bring your own kitchen utensils, bed linen, pillows, blanket, towels and personal belongings.

If you want to terminate earlier please follow the contract you signed with us.
22. When and how can I move in? Is it possible to move in outside office hours, on weekends or holidays?
You can always move in at the earliest on the start date of the accommodation contract and after we have received full payment in advance. For the desired move-in date you need to agree with our broker, who will contact you.
