Yes, what you see is what you get: utilities, Wi-Fi, and shared-space cleaning-all included, no hidden fees.

4. How does it work?

You can book directly through our website. Simply choose the room type, fill in your details, sign the contract, and pay the €199 reservation fee (part of the first month’s rent). We’ll validate the contract, and you can pay the 2-month refundable deposit up to 21 days before arrival. The rest of the first month’s rent is paid on move-in day.
