01 What does all-in-one rent mean?

This is an all-inclusive rent for your studio/one-bedroom apartment. You solely pay one amount for everything and do not have to worry about receiving any additional cost statements from us at the end of the year. One amount every month.

02 Are the prices on the website final? Do I have to pay anything else?

The website shows the final amount of the monthly rent. In addition to free services, we also offer paid services, so additional costs may arise depending on their use. These are for example laundry charges.

03 What is the amount for the deposit and when will it be returned?

The deposit is in the amount of two months’ rent and we will return it to you within 30 days.

04 Is there a housing tax that I need to pay?

No, there is no tax.

05 What security measures are in place?

For the safety of our tenants, the building provides a 24/7 reception and an electric fire alarm system that ensures early fire alarming. This system is handed by a serviceman sitting at the reception.
